Nicky Dean

Nicky has taught Pilates for over twenty years. She is a Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor and has a degree in Human Movement.
Nicky teaches classes in the local community, and can also be found in her own studio (Eden Vale Pilates)teaching one-to-one sessions, online classes and small group classes including her ever popular class Pilates, Coffee & Cake.

Nicky’s classes are friendly and informative, and her mission is to make her Pilates classes accessible to people from all walks of life. Modifications are given where necessary and she is always available to chat after class.
Outside of work she spends her evenings and weekends with her family, gardening or going out for walks with her Cockapoo. During the summer months she can be found somewhere in Europe adventuring in her caravan.
