By road: Junction 6 from the M25 – join the A22 at East Grinstead and follow towards Ashdown Forest and Eastbourne, passing through Forest Row.

Continue on the A22 for approximately 2 miles until you reach traffic light controlled crossroads, Wych Cross, here turn left to Hartfield. Ashdown Park Hotel is situated 3/4 mile on the right-hand side.


Alternatively, exit the M25 at Junction 7 to join the M23.


By train: A regular direct train service operates from London Bridge / London Victoria to East Grinstead.


Taxi:  Regular service runs from East Grinstead Railway Station.

Terms & Conditions

Do I need to pay a deposit ?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit of the cost of the stay. We cannot confirm your booking without the 50% deposit. The deposit confirms your place on our program and is non-refundable. We are happy to move the deposit to another mutually acceptable date if your plans change. NB: Please note full payment maybe required for day courses.

When do I pay the full balance ?

The full balance must be paid in full and cleared 28 days prior to the commencement of your booked stay. Failure to comply will result in your booking made void and refusal onto the program.

What happens if I need to change the date of my booking ?

If possible, we will transfer the booking to a mutually acceptable alternative date. This must be within 12 months of the original booking date.

What if I need to cancel my booking ?

If, for any reason, you have to cancel a booking that you have paid for in full, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply and are set as follows. Notice Given: Less than 28 days – Cancellation Fee: 100% Notice Given: 28 days – 3 months – Cancellation Fee: 50% Notice Given: More than 3 months – Cancellation Fee: 25% We will do are up most to book you on another course and avoid cancellation fees.

Improper Conduct

It is very important that the needs and well-being of the guests at our venues are not jeopardised by any one individual. Therefore, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave. In particular we do not tolerate discriminatory or other inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests. If a guest is asked to leave they will be given a full refund for the remainder of their stay (less the full accommodation fee).
