Ceri Hodgkiss

Mental Health Trainer

Ceri Hodgkiss is Training and Development Manager at West Kent Mind, a local mental health charity delivering support services in the community. Before moving into the field of mental health, Ceri worked as a project manager in retail design and branding for 20 years. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor and has worked with West Kent Mind for 5 years. Ceri has also volunteered for Shout, completing 200 hours of text support for those struggling emotionally.

Her corporate background, combined with her experience of directly supporting people experiencing poor mental health, informs all of the West Kent Mind workplace training, workshops and talks.
