Matthew is an experienced yoga instructor who teaches classes that stretch, tone and rejuvenate. Mathews has a caring attitude and a unique calming style and guides his participants through breathing exercises that focus and de-stress the mind/body to enable one to attain optimum wellbeing.
“I used to live in East Africa as a correspondent for the BBC and the Guardian. My interests still mostly include photography and writing. I especially enjoy traveling and documenting stories about people and place through image, word and sound”.
