Revive Health Fitness

Revive Health Fitness was created to support new beginnings — offering people the space, structure and guidance they need to reconnect with their health and wellbeing in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and empowering.

 

Our approach is rooted in understanding the individual. We recognise that every person arrives with different needs, experiences and energy levels, and we create thoughtful, tailored experiences that allow people to build confidence, feel supported and progress at their own pace.

 

Rather than focusing on intensity for intensity’s sake, we prioritise balance, awareness and longevity. By integrating appropriate movement and wellbeing practices, we help people feel safe, capable and empowered — not just during a session, but long after it ends.

 

Our aim is simple: to create the conditions for people to reset, reconnect and move forward with clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

WHAT TIME WILL I HAVE TO ARRIVE?

This will depend on your chosen course. For day courses arrivals are from 10.30 am and we welcome guests at 10.45 am. For weekend courses arrivals are from 11 am and we welcome guests at 11.45 am. For week long courses arrivals are from 2 pm and we welcome our guests at 3 pm. Special time arrangements can be made for group bookings

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING?

Full details of required clothing will be sent once you have booked your course.

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes. This service is provided for a small supplement.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND THE COURSE ?

Our specialised Revive Day Packages cater for varying group sizes. The number participants attending each course is package dependant. Rise:16 - 25 | Recharge: 10 - 16 | Rise: 10 - 16 | This will ensure that a high quality of service is achieved.

I NEVER EXERCISE MUCH AT ALL – IS THE REVIVE PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME ?

Yes. Our programs are structured for our guests who have some or little experience of exercise activity. With information gathered from your medical profile and fitness assessment we will have full understanding of the activity level ideally suited for you. Please note you will never be forced to do anything that is uncomfortable for you. Your safety and wellbeing is our highest concern.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE ON A WEEK COURSE ?

This is a difficult question to answer as it all depends on the individual. Your weight loss depends on your current weight and the effort you put in whilst staying with us. On average some guests lose between 8lbs – 14lbs in a week.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ?

Please let us know of any special dietary needs / requirements when you book.

If necessary, we will always ask you to consult your GP for approval, before you take part in our program. We will always like to talk to you before you can join so that we can make sure Revive Health Fitness is the best and safest place for you to achieve your objectives. Whether you lose weight on our week long course or not is entirely up to you. Regrettably we can’t lose the weight for you. Our Revive program will be an effective plan and environment to make weight loss as easy as possible. Understanding successful weight loss by eating the right food, doing the right exercise in the right environment along with the right support, will make losing weight easier.
