Hi my name is Angela Chaudhry. Fitness has always been my passion. I went to my first aerobics class at the age of 14 in a village hall and have never looked back. I qualified as an aerobics instructor in 2000 and over the years have taught everything from Spinning to Body Pump. I was drawn to yoga around 15 years ago and it changed my approach to the way I teach and train. Yoga takes care of the mind and body in a kind and holistic way that feels completely unique. I have been teaching yoga since 2009 and have never felt better, physically, mentally and as an instructor.
