Yes. We require a 30% deposit of the cost of the stay. We cannot confirm your booking without the 30% deposit. The deposit confirms your place on our program and is non-refundable. We are happy to move the deposit to another weekend / week if your plans change. NB: Please note full payment is required for day courses.

The full balance must be paid in full and cleared 28 days prior to the commencement of your booked stay. Failure to comply will result in your booking made void and refusal onto the program.

If possible, we will transfer the booking to a mutually acceptable alternative date. This must be within 12 months of the original booking date.

If, for any reason, you have to cancel a booking that you have paid for in full, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply and are set as follows. Notice Given: Less than 28 days – Cancellation Fee: 100% Notice Given: 28 days – 3 months – Cancellation Fee: 50% Notice Given: More than 3 months – Cancellation Fee: 25% We will do are up most to book you on another course and avoid cancellation fees.

It is very important that the needs and well-being of the guests at our venues are not jeopardised by any one individual. Therefore, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave. In particular we do not tolerate discriminatory or other inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests. If a guest is asked to leave they will be given a full refund for the remainder of their stay (less the full accommodation fee).
